Description
The 2 PTAC's in the Lobby - Plan on removing both, filling in hole. Let's try and keep any usable parts - including the insert for the unit itself.
For Heat, We will be putting in a basic electric wall unit, similar to MH - unless i can find a good deal on an "Electric Fireplace" heater. Unfortunately, most of those are 110 instead of 220 power - so not as energy efficient not to mention we would need to change out our plug type.
