Description
Issue started with it not locking w/out physical key ... then worked for a bit .. now it doesn't unlock ... I know when this happened to me on PSS-106, it was due to the hole in the lock not being big enough. Mike claims this not to be the case.
Would like to troubleshoot issue - Please put the physical key back into the box where the defective unit is so that it is all together.
