The general steps, should we need an outline in the future for any HK room (PSS/SJ):
1. confirm no future reservation requiring that room type (esp since there is only one of these)
2. mark as down room so no reservations can be made for that room... with a start date of when item 3 will be done.
3. work w/ staff to move out and convert the room
4. contact HK - get them updated pictures, type up new description. Pricing information. In the case of 103, tell them it will be same rate as a standard single bed king room (KANK) .. and u can hae the description typed up early.
5. edit down room status as soon as completion date known so that we can start taking future reservations.

Just fyi, unlike room, 200 this one still has a regular bathroom tub where the person still has to lift their leg in order to get in the tub and take a shower or a bath
And whenever possible, we need to stop saying newly renovated.
