There is no integration fee. Their monthly fee would be around 160–165 per room for 15 rooms. There is also a one-time FreedomPay onboarding fee of $150, plus $545 for the terminal and $650 for the IoT device.
They can also help transfer past reservation data and history, although they cannot guarantee that 100% of it will be migrated. However, they said they can transfer future reservations, DNR information, and reports/numbers.
Boat rental and kayaks are already included on fee.
