- Get dang golf cart wrapped up once and for all - clean up engine oil spill in bar, pick up all tools.
- white speed queen washer - from PSS - get running
- Gas Dryer - install motor - ignitor that arrive on 5/29 already replaced -
- Rm 125 - guest spoke w/ Wyatt, said that circuit kept "popping"
- PSS Dryer GL Room - wyatt claims programming issue after switched out the coin portion -
- kp1 Install disconnect switch and new subpanel - all 120 lines - one in loft window for AC, 2 in new living area, 2 in kitchen.
- Getting remaining lights downstairs, where joey cut the line, working again.
- wrap up on parking lot - including painting the short side first, then the extra curbing for "new row" - can line out w/ railroad ties.
- removing fence stakes - use generator on owner's truck to grind
- Waterproof the back circuit - need box

- drywall sag - 2nd floor balcony ceiling - need fixed up and better cable management
- Main Sign - need better lights.
- Secure corner post and Put up No Semi Truck sign
- sink in laundry room - need faucet hooked up
- Continue selling unneeded equipment - such as all the old flat tv (not smart ones!!)
- Clean up the bar area - organize what no longer belongs (Brandy/Marlene)
- Start on Bar - convert to dorm style - Paul - see ticket for details #112
- kp1 - expand living room, remove chimney
- DC THNN wire #10 for lines installed in back
- snow blower - sell electric unit
- kp5 - needs hood over 24" white/new range

For the AC issue, lets have one of the 204 V why units hooked to a PTAC cord. That way of a problem is discovered, all you gotta do is plug it in, and they are often running. Seems these heating elements are just not keeping up with the demands of winter.
