- BI - complete East Side of building, and Front (including roof tiles/windows) + add in the 4 windows
- Galley area - completely cleaned out? The 2 Bar Bathrooms - all functional? Shower Area?
- door latches and rubber threshold.
- roof leaks - and draining... esp by breezeway
- Wall Knock Down, side stucco work - on hold due to neighbor
- Lifting beams, straighten the balcony - city will not approve permit
- Foundation Fill -hole filled, but still not level
- Dump Truck sides - sturdy sides, prefer they be removable.
- Hm - Roof Issues: Storage Shed and Water Damage under Tile
- Hm - Kitchen Drywall, Ry AC Install.
- 44th St - New window, Leak by Citrus Tree, Facia Board - Bay Window.
- 69th - Ceiling Paint
- Paseo - Closet Lights
