1. BI - complete East Side of building, and Front (including roof tiles/windows) + add in the 4 windows
2. Galley area - completely cleaned out? The 2 Bar Bathrooms - all functional? Shower Area?
3. door latches and rubber threshold.
4. roof leaks - and draining... esp by breezeway

On Hold Type Projects

1. Wall Knock Down, side stucco work - on hold due to neighbor
2. Lifting beams, straighten the balcony - city will not approve permit
3. Foundation Fill -hole filled, but still not level
4. Dump Truck sides - sturdy sides, prefer they be removable.
